Our online store is open 24/7 , so you can place your order whenever it suits you.
Pricing
• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Prices may be changed without notice before order acceptance.
• Prices do not include applicable taxes (GST, PST or HST).
Taxes are calculated at the time of payment based on the delivery location.
Orders
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• If a product becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer a solution.
• Custom orders may require approval before production begins.

Defective or incorrect items
Any defective or incorrect item must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Custom and special orders
Custom-made products , special orders and modified items are non-refundable once production has begun.
• Clients must ensure that the artwork provided does not infringe on copyrights or trademarks.
Guarantee
Our products are made with quality materials and craftsmanship. However, we cannot guarantee against damage caused by: • weather conditions
• vandalism
• Incorrect installation
• misuse or excessive wear
Exceptional circumstances
Le FlagShop Montreal is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including:
